To Define a Domain List

  1. Right-click on Domains and choose Add > Domain List Definition.
  2. Enter a name for the list.
  3. Enter 1 in the Columns field and click OK.

    Note: A domain list can also be created by double-clicking on the label “*” in the Domains tab of the Bentley Geospatial Administrator. Enter the Name and number of Columns in the new row.

  4. Double-click to the left of the row that contains the text.

    Note: It is also possible to move to the new domain list definition in the tree by expanding the Domain node and selecting the child node.

  5. Right-click on the node and choose Add > Domain Row(s).
  6. Enter the number of rows to add.
  7. Click OK to add new entries to the Values grid in the right pane.
  8. Click in the Values grid and replace the values with the appropriate attributes.

    Note: Use the Tab key to move to the next row in the grid after the value is updated. Use the F2 key to activate the cell editor.

  9. Click Apply to accept the changes.
